We are invested in the economic development of northwest Jefferson County because it benefits our community and creates a brighter future for all.
The Northwest Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce is an association of businesses, organizations, and community leaders working to provide innovative leadership to ensure a successful business climate and promote the quality of life in the Northwest Jefferson County area. Our Chamber of Commerce is unique in that it is not limited to one central commercial area, but spans the entire business and residential communities along the Highway 30 corridor including at least six different zip codes.

Founded in early 1991, the Northwest Jefferson County Chamber’s missions of community betterment is determined by its members, officers and board members. It represents the community in the Regional Commerce and Growth Association of St. Louis, and is a liaison with the Jefferson County Growth and Development Association. It is responsible for promoting a positive business climate in the community to encourage the creation of new jobs with additional businesses and the growth of existing business and organizations.

Our goal is simple, to develop, promote, foster and encourage civic, educational, commercial, industrial, and cultural betterment of Northwestern Jefferson County and surrounding areas. We strive to maintain equal representation and provide a central agency to act on matters which affect the condition and overall welfare of the communities which we serve.

Working together, we can make a stronger business community and have a better voice in Hillsboro (the county seat) and Jefferson County.
